Room Gradac is situated in the centre of Dubrovnik, in quiet and peacefull part of city, only 200m from the Old town, 50m from the sea, below Dubrovnik's oldest and most beautiful park Gradac, where you can enjoy in a shadow of pine trees.

Totally renowed and redecorated, it has own entrance, bathroom with shower, air-condition (cooling and heating), big-screen tv, sat-tv, hi-fi, dvd, fridge, coffee-machine and terace with view on the Old city walls.
Room is equipped with double bed (matrimonial), bed-clothes, bedspreads, towels and hair-dryer.
Near by is situated American Coledge for Management and Technology (ACMT), Inter-university centre (IUC), hotel Hilton Imperial, bus & taxi stops. Old city, monuments, museums, restaurants, disco-club, caffes, post-office, shops are only 2 minutes walk from the room.
You also have 2 beaches only 50m away.

If you are coming with car, there is also a free of charge public parking near by.
