Welcome to 3*** stars Stipe Guesthouse ideally located in Dubrovnik! Best value for money - like home away from home.
Very clean, not expensive, safety and friendly with nice little mediteran garden.
Excellenty for modern Backpackers who want to meet town and to find pleasure in beautiful Dubrovnik.

The house is about 10 minutes walk from the beach (Copacabana) and 10 meters form the local bust stop where you can take the bus to the Old Town which takes about 10 minutes.
Short distance from the beach will make your vacation more pleasant without need for transportation!!!

Near our house are restaurants, supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy,tennis court,diving club and many beautiful walking areas closeby.

All rooms has got private TV, refrigerator, air condition, terrace or balcony.

N O T I C E !

Air condition I S N O T included in price, and if you want, you can use it for extra 3 euro per day, per air condition, from April-October !
HEATING (also air condition) IS NOT INCLUDE IN PRICE, FROM NOVEMBER - MARCH IS EXTRA JUST 2 EURO PER AIRCONDITION, PER DAY !!!

Pick up from the ferry port or main bus station is free, but please contact us by phone at least 1 day before arrival.
Pick up is possible from 9 AM -9 PM. After that time please use local bus or taxi!!

We not offer breakfast or any meal.

I M P O R T A N T ! If you stay just one night you will pay 20% more on usual price on arrival !!!

We provide free:
-pick up service from the main bus station or the ferry port from 9am -9 pm
-towels and bed linen
-TV
-hot showers
-private refrigerators
-maps and info books
-car parking
-all taxes included in the price

Also available:

-air condition - on reqirement - 3 euro per air condition, per day ,from April - October!
-heating is not include in price, from november-march, extra just 2 euro per day, per air condition!
