Our lovely family run B&B is situated just a stones throw from down town Viareggio and close to the sea.

Our B&B is very welcoming. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable and we aim to make your stay with us pleasant and friendly
All our rooms are either singles or doubles and come without private bathroom.
The breakfast is not included.
We haven't private parking,you can park in a pubblic street.

The reception is open from 9.00 o'clock to 19.00 o'clock.
